Social Media Consultant (H/F)

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the social media component within the Communications Strategy
Develop, schedule, and publish daily content in alignment with the organizational tone, content calendar, messaging priorities, campaign activations, and media outreach
Collaborate with the Creative Studio to create and edit impactful, innovative content that maximizes reach and engagement for key audiences, in coordination with broader communications teams
Moderate online platforms to drive audience engagement, mitigate reputational risks, and identify growth opportunities
Partner with other communications teams and departments to strategize social media messaging, promotions, and influencer engagement, including social media campaigns

University degree in Communications, Marketing, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field
Proven experience in social media and/or digital communications
Expertise in content creation for online platforms, including scheduling, publishing, audience engagement, and platform monitoring
Experience in digital campaigns, influencer activations, and amplifying paid and organic content
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Proficiency with advanced social media tools for publishing, monitoring, and analysis (e.g., Hootsuite Enterprise)
Over 2-4 years of experience in social media or digital communications
Skills in design and video editing software are an asset.
Experience in global, international, or multilateral organizations
Strong understanding of global health, international relations, and development
