Description de l'offre
- Provide support for projects concerning other Group entities in Switzerland (Foundations, other legal entities and branches)
- Support in the framework of regulatory projects related to banking and finance
- Provide legal support to the Business Lines in relation to Cross borders themes in accordance with the Bank set up
- Provide legal assistance as part of the Bank’s offering of new financial products and services
- With a view to transversally, advice and support to the various Business Lines and Functions of the Bank
- Drafting of contracts and contractual documentation, where applicable
Profil
- Holder of a Swiss lawyer’s certificate, ideally supplemented by a higher education diploma (LL.M or other)
- Prior experience in banking or finance or in a law firm operating in the banking sector of at least 2-5 years
- Strong interest in issues related to Wealth Management and financing.
- Mastery of IT tools
