Manage bid tenders
- Define strategies and select optimal approaches (competitive bidding or direct negotiation)
- Prepare tender documents and collaborate on specifications
- Implement local purchasing strategies and select suppliers in line with preferred providers
- Negotiate and optimize purchasing terms
- Recommend supplier choices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance

Manage Purchase requests
- Review, challenge, and ensure compliance of purchase requests

Contract Management
- Draft, manage, and oversee contract performance and renewals
- Follow up on DORA remediations

Category Management
- Oversee procurement needs and tenders in assigned areas
- Optimize the supplier base and propose cost-saving initiatives
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
- Understanding of contracts structure
- IT categories knowledges (software, hardware, telecom, professional services etc…)
- DORA and FINMA 2023-1 circular knowledges are a plus
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage suppliers and internal stakeholders relationships
- Available immediately
- A strong plus would be knowledge of the IVALUA and SAP tools
