Description de l'offre

  • Lead the planning and execution of all HR transformation-related processes and programs
  • Maintain regular updates of the HR transformation project portfolio for the HR Management Team (HRMT), ensuring alignment with commitments and budget
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring structured and effective project governance
  • Oversee tracking of deliverables using project management and change management tools, and provide clear reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for all budget-related and forecasting aspects of HR transformation programs, including external vendor management

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or a business-related discipline
  • Recognized qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Over 5 years of experience in a project management role, with both theoretical and practical knowledge of project and program management methodologies
  • Proven, multi-year experience in HR transformation programs, including scope definition, impact assessments, centralization and automation analysis, and external benchmarking, with a strong focus on service delivery model efficiency
  • Demonstrated end-to-end vendor management experience in transformation contexts: from defining requirements and leading RFP processes to evaluating proposals and supporting senior leadership decision-making
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques; solid experience in strategic planning and project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), internal platforms (intranet/extranet), and HRIS tools such as Workday
