Our client : An international NGO based in Geneva.
Description de l'offre
- Design and implement communication guidelines to improve clarity and consistency.
- Translate complex technical content into clear, accessible formats (written, visual, multimedia) for non-technical and non-native English-speaking audiences
- Support communication efforts for the rollout of new initiatives, processes, and guidelines
- Propose and explore new protocols to enhance communication effectiveness with in-country teams
- Regularly update operational communications content on the external website and internal intranet
- Provide training and coaching to staff on effective communication tools and practices, including e-learning development
Profil
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Over 4–5 years of experience in communications
- Experience working in complex, geographically dispersed organizations, particularly in low- and middle-income countries
- Experience in supply chain, health product management, pharmaceutical, or related fields
- Strong skills in analyzing, simplifying, and explaining complex technical content
- Good understanding of the global health sector
- Background in change management is a strong asset
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain management is a plus
