Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Advisory Manager and/or Head of Audit and Advisory to define, structure, and implement the assigned advisory engagement
  • Lead the project end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and effective issue resolution across all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Manage daily coordination with the Advisory Associate, and hold weekly problem-solving and review sessions with the Advisory Manager
  • Develop actionable insights, recommendations, and implementation plans in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Conduct and synthesize various assessments and analyses, and communicate findings effectively to internal and external audiences
  • Deliver presentations and briefings to stakeholders, including Steering Committees, and prepare high-quality written reports and materials
  • Apply subject-matter expertise and bring best practices to support problem-solving and advisory delivery
  • Use project management best practices and support change management across stakeholder groups

Key Deliverables

  • Full delivery of the assigned advisory review, including:

    • Project Planning: Define analytical and operational activities by workstream in alignment with agreed timelines and scope
    • Fieldwork: Execute analyses and tasks as outlined, ensuring quality control of the team’s outputs
    • Reporting & Communication: Develop impactful presentation materials and draft the final advisory report
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders throughout the duration of the advisory engagement
  • Keep the Advisory Manager and Head of Audit and Advisory informed on key developments, insights, and potential roadblocks
  • Manage and support the advisory team, providing regular coaching and performance feedback

Profil

  • Extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or internal strategy unit, as a Team Lead or Project Manager
  • Proven track record in conducting impactful department reviews (e.g., HR, IT, Finance) with measurable outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic frameworks, organizational assessment tools, and benchmarking methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in multicultural and complex environments
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong ability to produce clear, structured, and senior-level deliverables
