Description de l'offre
- Manage and execute commodity trade finance transactions (including soft commodities, metals, energy, and agricultural products) from origination to settlement.
- Act as a transaction specialist supporting Relationship Managers and front-office teams on complex, multi-commodity structures.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Credit) to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Assess transaction structures, underlying collateral, and operational flows to mitigate commercial, operational, and counterparty risks.
- Monitor transaction lifecycle, including documentation, drawdowns, amendments, and rollovers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transaction processes, controls, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade finance standards.
Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Trade Finance / Commodity Finance, within an international bank or financial institution.
- Proven exposure to multi-commodity transactions, including structured and bilateral trade finance deals.
- Strong understanding of trade finance instruments (LCs, SBLCs, guarantees, borrowing base structures, pre-export finance, inventory finance).
- Solid knowledge of risk management, documentation, and operational aspects of commodity transactions.
- Experience working with international clients and complex cross-border transactions.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple transactions in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with front-office and control functions.
