Description de l'offre
- Responsible for payment processing, payment release and payment investigation
- Troubleshooting activities on the end-to-end cash transfer lifecycle (commercial and bank to bank payments
- Oversight of nearshored payment activities (payment processing, reconciliation of cash and interim accounts, sanction screening)
- Responsible for for the substantiation and certification of accounts as part of the balance sheet monthly closing
- Actively engage in projects and UAT testing
- Applies Ops/TDI/Business strategies and objectives across product and business lines within all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders - Product Desks, Relationship Center, COO Compliance, AML, ORM, Technology, as well as with Service Providers
Profil
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a Back/Middle/Front office and in a leading institutions
- Working knowledge of Avaloq will be considered a plus
- Working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services as well as a firm understanding of regulations and policies
- Solid knowledge of funds transfer, cash management, payment systems and SWIFTs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English is strictly required, any additional language will be considered an advantage)
