Our client, a leading international bank based in Zurich 

Description de l'offre

  • Working as part of the Israel market coverage team in Zurich, in close partnership with the Tel Aviv-based relationship management team
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the private client portfolio consisting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals originating from the Israeli Market
  • Co-ordinate work with client on-boarding and KYC teams, anti-financial crime team and other internal partners on opening new accounts and maintaining the existing ones
  • Act as the Accountable Client Owner with responsibility for all AML aspects of the client relationship; this includes KYC in good quality and in a timely manner (no overdues) as well as account behavior, i.e. transactions with focus on 3rd party transactions constituting transfers in and out to be in line with purpose and anticipated behavior of the account(s)
  • Develop, manage and maintain overall relationship with the clients, providing holistic client experience
  • Be the first point of contact and the overall responsible person with regard to dealing with client complaints
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable regulations, including but limited to by Swiss, EU and Israeli regulators, as well as applicable procedures related to US and UK regulators
  • Opportunistically develop new business with new and existing clients, building and sustaining long-term relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and ability to adapt to work within the set targets by the management
  • Work as a team with the Investment Manager (and the Institutional Wealth Partner where appropriate) to build deeper client relationships / involve in origination
  • Uphold the team’s operating rhythm (e.g. regular prospect review, pipeline review, account planning, etc.), leading by example and demonstrating role-model behaviour
  • Work in close co-operation with other coverage, product and support functions to deliver DB’s value proposition, leveraging also other DB divisions where possible
  • Actively support the business / growth strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performing team
  • Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct; flagging and managing reputational risks and conflicts issues

 

Profil

  • At least 10 or more years of relevant experience within the Private banking industry
  • CFA, MBA degree or other advanced degree a plus
  • Have a good understanding of the governing regulatory framework (e.g. RDR, MiFID II, etc.), including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant
  • Proven track record of successful business from the target market (Israel)
  • Willing and able to develop other staff, e.g., analysts
  • Fluency (written and oral) in English required; other languages are a plus
