vac_tasks
Perform HR Operations tasks together with HR team members: e.g. background screenings, onboarding, issuing work certificates, tracking of documents and absences, eMails, checking employee data, settling of invoices from vendors in adherence with deadlines, etc
Acts as a liaison between different HR teams and also HR and employees in the organization; this would be a particular interface function for numerous tasks and processes
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation according to bank policies and procedures
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate HR colleagues or management
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records using Workday and other HR tools
May assist with payroll functions
Conducts or assists with new hire management and onboarding
Assists with planning and execution of special aspects such as benefits changes, vendor management / procurement, organization of meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
Profile
HR process experience, e.g. in an HR Operations/Administration/Payroll function
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Appropriate business education or Swiss HR Certification
Good knowledge of the Swiss regulations and practices
Fluent English, as well as French
